   Come and dive into that source and uncover\, through guided visualisati
 on and mindful writing\, your internal landscape and the characters that i
 nhabit it.  When we harness our imagination to explore within\, we can wr
 ite and perhaps even re-write the story of ourselves.\n\nAmy Dann is an ac
 credited Psychotherapist with a private practice in Felixstowe.  Trained 
 in Transpersonal Psychotherapy\, she uses creative visualisation and mindf
 ulness techniques to support people in their journeys of self-discovery an
 d healing. \n\nWeather permitting this workshop will include time on the b
 each. You may wish to bring a cushion or mat to sit on and consider sun pr
 otection and/or cool breezes. Bring a packed lunch if you wish or there wi
