DESCRIPTION:Felixstowe Café Poets [FCP] are a friendly\, informal group of poets and lovers of poetry from Felixstowe and beyond. FCP is Affiliated with Suffolk Poetry Society [SPS] a very long established poetry group\, founded as Suffolk Poetry Club in 1928.  The club halted in 1939 due to the war but re-emerged in 1952 as "Suffolk Poetry Society." Felixstowe Café Poets meet each 3rd Thursday of the month at 7.30pm in His Lordship's Library at the Orwell Hotel. See them in action at Felixstowe Book Festival!
