DESCRIPTION:We are delighted that Felixstowe Wine Appreciation Society are once again hosting a French Evening to raise money for the young people's programme of the festival. Tickets are £20 and this includes nine wines (and if last time is anything to go by the portions are generous!)\, a buffet and a raffle ticket.\n\nTickets are only available in person from Stillwater Books.\n\nThe society\, with many ex-teachers amongst its members\, are keen to support our work to help young local young people experience the wonder of the written word. We are very grateful as we aim to keep all our children's events as accessible as possible by keeping ticket prices low\, but this does mean that we struggle to cover costs. Over the last five years our work has grown and we have developed strong relationships with all of our local schools who enthusiastically take part in book groups and writing competitions in the months leading up to the festival.
