Our tea parties this year celebrate the wonderful world of Tilling, created originally by E.F. Benson and continued so ably by Guy Fraser-Sampson, all three of whose Mapp & Lucia books have now been optioned by BBC television. Guy’s previous Felixstowe talk about Benson and his remarkable, wacky family was greatly enjoyed, and this year we are thrilled to have him join us for our ever-popular tea parties to speak about the two wonderful ladies and their friends, feuds and follies. Be sure to come armed with lots of questions! For those who missed our previous Mapp & Lucia session, we will have plenty of Guy’s books available for him to sign for you.
