Our inner world is our greatest source of creative inspiration. Come and dive into that source and uncover, through guided visualisation and mindful writing, your internal landscape and the characters that inhabit it. When we harness our imagination to explore within, we can write and perhaps even re-write the story of ourselves.
Amy Dann is an accredited Psychotherapist with a private practice in Felixstowe. Trained in Transpersonal Psychotherapy, she uses creative visualisation and mindfulness techniques to support people in their journeys of self-discovery and healing.
Weather permitting this workshop will include time on the beach. You may wish to bring a cushion or mat to sit on and consider sun protection and/or cool breezes. Bring a packed lunch if you wish or there will be an opportunity to visit nearby cafes.
