In 2014 in York the Le Bas Family were resident 24/7, living in a caravan and van available to talk about ideas of mobility, traveller and gypsy sites, contested space and the potential for the creation of new ways of low impact living, ecology and sustainability. A major idea behind this particular residency was to encourage debate and new conversations about alternative ways of living and how it may be possible for us to negotiate this together. In this fascinating talk Delaine will tell more about this exciting artistic project.
