Acclaimed author Esther Freud will be talking about her latest book, Mr Mac and Me. This is Esther’s eighth novel and was chosen by Libby Purves as one of her novels of the year for 2014. In the book, Esther steps back to 1914 – the year that the great Scottish architect and designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh and his artist wife Margaret MacDonald spent in the Suffolk village of Walberswick.
