Anna Bentinck

When voice actress Anna Bentinck decided to invite writer Julia Jones to sit in on her recording of The Salt-Stained Book, she knew she was taking a risk. This was the first time that she’d worked with the writer listening in. Recording an audio book is an activity which requires intense concentration. Could she trust Julia not to interfere? Julia was nervous too. The Salt-Stained Book had been her first novel. She knew she had much to learn about the writer’s trade. How would her words sound when spoken by a professional actress?

Audio books are currently the fastest growing area in publishing. Don’t miss this chance to get a unique insider’s view of the way they are produced.
