Poetry continues to speak to us across years. Breathe in experience, breathe out poetry. This is what the soldiers and the poets of the First World War did, leaving us the legacy of their experience.

Mrs Alexandra Davis, English teacher at Woodbridge School, together with an ensemble of young readers and musicians, will be remembering the poets and the soldiers of the First World War. In her rigorous consideration of their lives and legacy, to include music, live song and readings, the audience will hear once more the words that arose from that conflict, the poems and songs that still resonate one hundred years on.
