Our festival patron, Terry Waite CBE, has lectured on many cruise ships; however, this will be the first time that he has lectured on the River Orwell.
He will talk about his work as a Hostage Negotiator, tell stories of his time as a special assistant to the Archbishop of Canterbury and reveal how he managed to endure almost five years of solitary confinement.
