Our reading workshops will enable you to take a close look at a classic text, literary star or genre. Felicity Karena leads this discussion on the work of the author Barbara Kingsolver. Each of Kingsolver’s books published since 1993 has been on the New York Best Seller List and she has been awarded several literary prizes, including The Orange Prize for Fiction 2010 for The Lacuna. She has been called one of the greatest contemporary writers of our time. Expect an open discussion from the start: you can either explore her work ahead of the event, or be inspired to read it afterwards!
