Author (James Campbell) and Illustrator (Rob Jones) of the wonderful Funny Life books will show you how to come up with amazing ideas for characters and scenarios and then get them onto paper as hilarious pictures. Drawing and writing materials provided. Bring a photo of your pet if you have one or your teacher if you don’t.

James has appeared at many festivals at home and abroad and visited a huge array of schools inspiring children to write and be more creative. As well as The Funny Life books he has written a series about the character Boyface. Rob has written and illustrated Bernard which won the People’s Book Prize, Where’s Brian’s Bottom? and Tickling Tilly. He illustrated all The Funny Life books.
