Active Hope: How to Face the Mess We’re in without Going Crazy

elly_stupaThe story of Parsifal, part of the legend of the Holy Grail, describes a situation of great suffering not being acknowledged and of people carrying on as if nothing were wrong. In their book Active Hope, ecophilosopher Joanna Macy and physician Dr. Chris Johnstone explore why many of us continue to live as if everything were fine, not recognizing the crisis we are in.

Storyteller Elly Crichton Stuart tells the story of Parsifal and reveals how Active Hope guides us through the challenges, towards transformation and the creation of a whole new story.
